So much here!

I'm surprised by how many work out routines this thing has. You can use the smart assistant, check messages and calls, for much cheaper than an apple watch or galaxy watch. I wish we could get replacement bands for the watch here, but this was a worth it purchase for me.

  • Shipping Costs: Standard tracked shipping is always free! For extra protection, Trevit Cover+ is available at checkout; it covers lost/stolen packages post-delivery, and free change of mind return shipping.

Returns & Refunds

  • Warranty: Your Trevit Smartwatch is backed by a 1-year warranty against non-man-made defects (which are very rare). If something goes wrong, we’ll provide a replacement quickly.
  • Change of Mind Returns: Returns can be made within 14 days from delivery. Because returns require shipping back to our factory overseas for inspection and repackaging, which can be costly, we encourage gifting or reselling when possible. If you selected Trevit Cover+ at checkout, we'll cover your change of mind return shipping. Refund amounts depend on the items' condition — they must be unused and in the original packaging for a full refund.
  • Defective, Missing or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or offer a full refund within 14 days from delivery.

Is it right for me?

Do I need a subscription to use The Trevit Smartwatch?

No subscription is required! All you need is a Bluetooth connection with your smartphone. Once paired, you can access all features, completely subscription-free.

Does The Trevit Smartwatch have built in GPS?

No, The Trevit Smartwatch doesn’t include built-in GPS, but it still tracks distance and activity when connected to your phone. You will see your workout stats on the watch and your full records in the app after syncing. For most people, GPS tracking through their phone is more than enough. It helps the watch stay lightweight, last longer between charges, and focus on the features that matter most day to day. If you specifically need a watch that tracks maps and tracks specific locations on its own without your phone, this may not be the best fit. The Trevit Smartwatch is designed for simplicity, reliability, and ease of use.

What about cheaper watches?

That's a fair question, and it's worth considering the brand size and what might go into lower prices, like materials, performance, and overall durability. Support is another big factor. If you need help, will you be handled with compassionate support?

Order Processing/Shipping

Is The Trevit Smartwatch available in stores?

Not yet. To maintain our quality and service standards, The Trevit Smartwatch is currently available only through our official website and select online retailers. We’re excited to explore expanding to in-person locations in the future!

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Orders are packed and shipped within 1 - 3 working days, and you can expect delivery within 5 to 10 business days based on your country and city. A tracking link will be provided to monitor the movement of your watch.

What are the shipping costs? Are there any other fees?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no hidden fees! What you see at checkout is what you pay. For extra peace of mind, you can choose Trevit Cover+ at checkout, which includes benefits like return shipping coverage for change of mind returns and protection against lost or stolen packages post-delivery.

 

For our U.S. customers: all applicable tariffs and duties have already been fully paid, so you won’t owe anything when your Trevit Smartwatch arrives.

What is Trevit Cover+ and should I get it?

Trevit Cover+ is our optional shipping protection add-on you can select at checkout. It gives you extra peace of mind by covering:

  • Free return shipping for change-of-mind returns within 14 days from delivery
  • Replacement for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered (after you complete our verification steps)

Keep in mind: Trevit Cover+ must be selected at checkout for coverage to apply. It’s a great way to protect your order beyond our free standard shipping!

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes. To ensure timely and secure delivery, we recommend using a residential or business address when placing your order. This helps us avoid any potential shipping delays or complications with certain carriers. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to our customer support team!

Which courier do you use for shipping?

We work with various couriers depending on your country. In most cases, your local postal service will handle delivery. However, if we can get your order to you quicker using a different courier, we will make that switch. Your tracking page and link will always reflect the most up-to-date information.

I entered the wrong delivery address! What do I do?

Please contact us right away! If the order hasn't been shipped, we may be able to change it. If not, we'll reach out to the carrier to see if it can be adjusted. Please, note this may not be possible, especially if the package is being returned to us. A re-delivery attempt may also incur a fee.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed daily at 5 PM PST, Monday through Friday. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help! However, once an order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

How can I contact customer support?

What if my order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time?

While delays are rare, they can occasionally happen due to customs or regional disruptions beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us via chat, our contact form, or by emailing support@trevit.store. We’ll immediately look into the issue and provide an update. If it still hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after the estimated date, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund.

I can't find my order, but it says it's delivered. What do I do?

If your order shows as delivered but you can’t find it, please wait 2 business days to ensure it wasn't scanned early. Check with your neighbours, housemates, or anyone else in your household who may have received it on your behalf. Additionally, we recommend contacting the courier service to confirm the delivery details. If you’re still unable to locate the package, reach out to us at support@trevit.store. While our policy states that delivered items are the customer’s responsibility, we’ll gladly assist by asking the courier for further details, filing an official report/claim, and providing other resolutions.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders?

Yes! We offer wholesale pricing for orders of 5 or more watches. Please reach out to us at info@trevit.store to discuss pricing and any other details. We’re happy to work with you!

Post-delivery

What if my watch or accessory arrives defective or damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please fill out this request form as soon as possible (within 14 days from delivery). Once the submitted information has been reviewed and approved, we’ll assist you with a full refund or replacement.

Are there any special care instructions for The Trevit smartwatch?

To keep your Trevit Smartwatch in optimal condition, avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures, water, or direct sunlight for prolonged periods. While it is initially water-resistant, it's not permanent. If using a silicone wrist strap, regularly clean it with a damp cloth to maintain its appearance.

How can I contact customer support?

You can reach out through the chat, contact form, or to support@trevit.store. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1 business day, Mondays to Fridays between 9 am and 6 pm PST.

How do I return my watch?

For defective, missing or incorrect items, please fill out this request form within 14 days of receipt and we will provide a refund/replacement.

 

We don't recommend returning items due to change of mind, as it'll need to be shipped back to our factory overseas for inspection and repackaging which can be expensive. You can choose to gift or resell instead. However, change of mind returns can be processed within 14 days of receipt through this request form. To receive a full refund, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Change of mind return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility except Trevit Cover+ was selected at checkout.

Good For the Price

Good overall design if you like the look of the Apple Watch but just want it at a lower price and don't mind not having it be as closely integrated with your phone's OS. The UI is a bit unintuitive, but apart from that no real complaints for the price.

So much here!

I'm surprised by how many work out routines this thing has. You can use the smart assistant, check messages and calls, for much cheaper than an apple watch or galaxy watch. I wish we could get replacement bands for the watch here, but this was a worth it purchase for me.
