So much here!

I'm surprised by how many work out routines this thing has. You can use the smart assistant, check messages and calls, for much cheaper than an apple watch or galaxy watch. I wish we could get replacement bands for the watch here, but this was a worth it purchase for me.

Nice watch, with the very colorful screen and surprised me how light and comfortable it is. It is also very easy to pair it with the phone and the app is very intuitive. Also impressed me the functions it has. They posted the watch very fast and arrived in a few days. The problem, as always, was with the Post Office, which delivered 5 days late.

Excellent cost benefit. It is a cheaper smartwatch but it has many functions for the price, audio output, answers and receives calls by itself, the screen with an excellent brightness and quality worthy of a top of the line. I certainly recommend for those who are not looking for a top-of-the-line smartwatch but a basic one with good specs.

Orders are processed within 3 working days, and once shipped, you can expect delivery within 1 to 2 weeks based on your country and city. A tracking link will be provided to monitor the movement of your watch.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No hidden fees—what you see is what you pay!

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes. To ensure timely and secure delivery, we recommend using a residential or business address when placing your order. This helps us avoid any potential shipping delays or complications with certain carriers. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to our customer support team!

Which courier do you use for shipping?

We typically use your local postal service for shipping but please review your tracking information for the exact courier. If there are any delays or issues, we may switch to another courier to ensure timely delivery. If we switch couriers after fulfillment, you will be notified, along with the new courier details and tracking number.

I entered the wrong delivery address! What do I do?

Please contact us right away! If the order hasn't been processed, we may be able to change it. If not, we'll reach out to the carrier to see if it can be adjusted. Please, note this may not be possible, especially is the package is being returned to us. A re-delivery attempt may also incur a fee.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time or once an order is processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

I can't find my order, but it says it's delivered. What do I do?

If your order shows as delivered but you can’t find it, please check with your neighbours, housemates, or anyone else in your household who may have received it on your behalf. Additionally, we recommend contacting the courier service to confirm the delivery details. If you’re still unable to locate the package, reach out to us at support@trevit.store. While our policy states that delivered items are the customer’s responsibility, we’ll gladly assist by checking with the courier to see if there are any issues or further details.

Post-delivery

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send photos or videos to support@trevit.store with your order details. Once the submitted information has been reviewed and approved, we’ll assist you with a full refund or replacement.

How do I sync my fitness data with my phone?

To sync your watch's fitness data, download the Runmefit app from the App Store or Google Play. Under the 'My' tab, select 'System settings' and then 'Data sharing'.

Are there any special care instructions for the smartwatch?

To keep your GTS7 Pro in optimal condition, avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures, water, or direct sunlight for prolonged periods. While it is initially water-resistant, it's not permanent. If using a silicone wrist strap, regularly clean it with a damp cloth to maintain its appearance.

How do I return my watch?
