Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed daily at 5 PM PST, Monday through Friday and are shipped within 1 - 3 working days. Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is 5 to 10 business days, depending on your country and location. Please note that delivery times are estimates, and external factors such as weather, customs, or carrier delays may affect delivery time.
*As part of our security checks, we may contact customers to verify order details before processing. This helps ensure that each order is legitimate and authorized.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help; however, once an order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
For example: If you place an order at 7 PM on Tuesday, you’ll have until 5 PM the next business day to request changes. If you place an order at 4:45 PM, please reach out right away, as it will be processed in 15 minutes, and we may not be able to cancel it.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders! While rare, some countries may charge import duties or taxes when your order arrives. These fees are set by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility if they apply. If you’re unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs authority for more details. We’ll do everything we can to make sure your experience is smooth!
Trevit Cover+
Trevit Cover+ is our shipping protection option, available at checkout, designed to give you extra peace of mind with your order.
All Trevit Cover+ claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
By selecting Trevit Cover+, you’re entitled to:
✅ Free Change of Mind Return Shipping – If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind under our return policy, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. No need to print or pay for your own label — we’ve got it covered.
✅ Lost or Stolen Package Protection – If your order is marked as delivered but you never received it, and after completing the required steps (see Delivered But Not Received section), we’ll send a replacement to a different address, at no extra cost to you.
⚠️ Note:
- Trevit Cover+ must be selected at checkout for coverage to apply, and it only applies to the first original order, not replacements.
- We do not offer replacements, return shipping coverage, or theft/loss protection for orders placed without Trevit Cover+.
- Refunds are not issued for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Only replacements are provided when Trevit Cover+ is active.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following countries: Germany, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Norway, Denmark, Finland, United Arab Emirates, Poland and Singapore. For remote areas, shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can use this link to track your package’s journey. You can also track your order through our tracking page. If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Address Issues & Delivery Delays
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
- Weather & Unforeseen Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays resulting from events beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, regional emergencies, or disruptions affecting courier operations in the destination area. The courier remains the primary point of contact for delivery updates and delays related to these events.
- Unexpected Delays: If your order takes longer than 2 weeks, we'd be happy to look into it right away! If any order is still not delivered after 10 business days from contacting the courier due to shipping issues, you are eligible for a full refund or reshipment.
Customer Responsibility After Delivery
Once your package has been successfully delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure its safe receipt. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please check with your neighbours, housemates, and the courier.
Trevit is generally not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. However, if you selected Trevit Cover+ at checkout, you are eligible for a one-time replacement. To request a replacement, please follow the steps outlined in the Delivered But Not Received section.
We will also do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier for any delivery issues.
