  • Change of Mind Returns: If you wish to return the product for any reason other than a defect, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging to receive a full refund. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Orders are processed within 3 working days, and once shipped, you can expect delivery within 5 to 10 business days based on your country and city. A tracking link will be provided to monitor the movement of your watch.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No hidden fees—what you see is what you pay!

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes. To ensure timely and secure delivery, we recommend using a residential or business address when placing your order. This helps us avoid any potential shipping delays or complications with certain carriers. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to our customer support team!

Which courier do you use for shipping?

We typically use your local postal service for shipping but please review your tracking information for the exact courier. If there are any delays or issues, we may switch to another courier to ensure timely delivery. If we switch couriers after fulfillment, you will be notified, along with the new courier details and tracking number.

I entered the wrong delivery address! What do I do?

Please contact us right away! If the order hasn't been processed, we may be able to change it. If not, we'll reach out to the carrier to see if it can be adjusted. Please, note this may not be possible, especially is the package is being returned to us. A re-delivery attempt may also incur a fee.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time or once an order is processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

What if my order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 2 weeks after shipment, please reach out to us via chat, our contact form, or email us at support@trevit.store. We’ll immediately investigate the delay and provide you with an update. If the delay extends beyond 30 days, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement.

I can't find my order, but it says it's delivered. What do I do?

If your order shows as delivered but you can’t find it, please check with your neighbours, housemates, or anyone else in your household who may have received it on your behalf. Additionally, we recommend contacting the courier service to confirm the delivery details. If you’re still unable to locate the package, reach out to us at support@trevit.store. While our policy states that delivered items are the customer’s responsibility, we’ll gladly assist by checking with the courier to see if there are any issues or further details.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order via out tracking page here or through the tracking link sent to you.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders?

Yes! We offer wholesale pricing for orders of 10 or more watches. Please reach out to us at info@trevit.store to discuss pricing and any other details. We’re happy to work with you!

Post-delivery

What if my watch or accessory is defective or damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send photos or videos to support@trevit.store with your order details. Once the submitted information has been reviewed and approved, we’ll assist you with a full refund or replacement.

How do I sync my fitness data with my phone?

To sync your watch's fitness data, download the Runmefit app from the App Store or Google Play. Under the 'My' tab, select 'System settings' and then 'Data sharing'.

Are there any special care instructions for The Trevit smartwatch?

To keep your Trevit Smartwatch in optimal condition, avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures, water, or direct sunlight for prolonged periods. While it is initially water-resistant, it's not permanent. If using a silicone wrist strap, regularly clean it with a damp cloth to maintain its appearance.

How do I return my watch?

So much here!

I'm surprised by how many work out routines this thing has. You can use the smart assistant, check messages and calls, for much cheaper than an apple watch or galaxy watch. I wish we could get replacement bands for the watch here, but this was a worth it purchase for me.
